1. Giới thiệu
Ứng dụng Lịch Âm Dương (Lunar Calendar – Google Calendar Sync), địa chỉ https://lunarcalendar-events.web.app, giúp bạn xem lịch Âm – Dương, chuyển đổi ngày Âm lịch sang Dương lịch và tạo sự kiện theo ngày Âm lịch trên Google Calendar của chính bạn. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu ứng dụng truy cập, mục đích sử dụng, cách lưu trữ và quyền của bạn.
2. Dữ liệu Google mà ứng dụng truy cập
Khi bạn chọn “Đăng nhập với Google”, ứng dụng yêu cầu các quyền sau:
- Google Calendar — xem, tạo, sửa, xóa sự kiện trong lịch của bạn và thêm khách mời vào sự kiện theo yêu cầu của bạn.
- Thông tin tài khoản cơ bản (email, tên, ảnh đại diện) — chỉ để hiển thị bạn đang đăng nhập bằng tài khoản nào.
Các chức năng xem lịch Âm – Dương và chuyển đổi ngày không cần đăng nhập.
3. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Hiển thị các sự kiện hiện có trong Google Calendar của bạn trên lịch Âm – Dương.
- Tạo sự kiện mới (kể cả lặp lại hằng năm) từ ngày Âm lịch bạn nhập.
- Gửi lời mời sự kiện tới email người nhận do chính bạn nhập.
- Xóa sự kiện hoặc thu hồi lời mời khi bạn yêu cầu (tab “Lịch sử”).
Ứng dụng chỉ thực hiện thao tác trên lịch khi bạn chủ động bấm nút tương ứng.
4. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
- Access token của Google chỉ lưu tạm trong bộ nhớ phiên của trình duyệt (
sessionStorage), tự xóa khi bạn đóng tab hoặc đăng xuất. - Ứng dụng không lưu email, token hay nội dung lịch của bạn vào bất kỳ cơ sở dữ liệu nào.
- Trang web được lưu trữ trên Firebase Hosting (Google). Hạ tầng này có thể ghi nhật ký truy cập kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn (ví dụ địa chỉ IP, thời điểm truy cập) theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
- Không bán, cho thuê hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho bên thứ ba.
- Không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo, không theo dõi hành vi, không gửi email marketing.
- Không dùng dữ liệu Google của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI/ML.
- Dữ liệu chỉ được gửi tới Google Calendar API để thực hiện thao tác bạn yêu cầu.
6. Tuân thủ chính sách Google API
Việc ứng dụng sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API tới bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác sẽ tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Giới hạn sử dụng (Limited Use).
7. Quyền của bạn
- Đăng xuất bất kỳ lúc nào — token bị xóa ngay.
- Thu hồi quyền truy cập của ứng dụng tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Sự kiện do ứng dụng tạo nằm trong Google Calendar của bạn; có thể xóa qua tab “Lịch sử” hoặc trực tiếp trên Google Calendar.
8. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng tới và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật.

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Lịch Âm Dương (Lunar Calendar – Google Calendar Sync), available at https://lunarcalendar-events.web.app, lets you view a combined Vietnamese lunar/solar calendar, convert lunar dates to Gregorian dates, and create lunar-date events in your own Google Calendar. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used and stored, and your rights.
2. Google user data the app accesses
When you choose “Sign in with Google”, the app requests:
- Google Calendar — to view, create, edit and delete events in your calendars, and to add guests to events at your request.
- Basic profile information (email address, name, profile picture) — only to show which account you are signed in with.
Viewing the lunar/solar calendar and converting dates does not require sign-in.
3. How the data is used
- Display your existing Google Calendar events on the lunar/solar calendar.
- Create new events (including yearly recurring ones) from lunar dates you enter.
- Send event invitations to email addresses that you enter yourself.
- Delete events or revoke invitations when you ask (the “History” tab).
The app only changes your calendar when you explicitly click the corresponding button.
4. Storage and security
- Your Google access token is kept only in the browser's session storage (
sessionStorage) and is removed when you close the tab or sign out. - The app does not store your email, tokens or calendar content in any database.
- The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which may keep standard technical access logs (e.g. IP address, request time) under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Data sharing
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising, tracking or marketing emails.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models.
- Data is sent only to the Google Calendar API to perform actions you request.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Lịch Âm Dương's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Your rights
- Sign out at any time — the token is removed immediately.
- Revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Events created by the app live in your Google Calendar and can be deleted from the “History” tab or directly in Google Calendar.
8. Children
The app is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect data from, children under 13.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will be updated.
